Dear Customers
It is thought that it is the turning point when the management
idea of our company is tried while the market in the world is changing
greatly now. Our company has worked as a trading company over many
years. In it, it is sure that the thing which it is continuing having
as a management idea of "grasping the spot" becomes much
more important regardless of in and outside the country in a future
market. That is, it is in the place referred to as acting by considering
a thing called a direct visitor's needs to the forefront also in
aftercare or a service side not to mention supplying satisfying goods
to an end user exceeding a thing called a customer. I think that
rational and prompt action of acting also based on a request and
the opinion of a maker and a producer is required simultaneously
with it. Isn't the role of the company which is working as agency
functions, such as a "trading company" and a "wholesale
store", thin in the economic conditions which can recent years
never be referred to as desirable. In order to cut down cost, to
lower a price, to risk survival and to compete in the market, isn't
developing business direct inevitable.
We recognize it as it being a best chance in the trend said like
this. Because, many choices in the inside it was told to us that
treated many items are in the first place first. Consider a thing
called the needs of the trend and visitor in the world specified
also like the point in it to the forefront, and call it . Only neither
a trend nor needs is simultaneously followed with it, but there is "Skill"&"Method"of
proposing various items containing the main items of a maker or a
producer to people of various countries. Merely, only, if it does
not only compete in a price by lowering cost and is not based on
a quality in it, either, we think that satisfaction of a visitor
does not have much. Of course, we treat a "thing" (products)
and are managing as a company based on it. However, our company does
not sell the "thing" and considers that I have had "trust" bought
to a visitor and a supplier. A thing called such the so-called "customer
satisfaction" thinks that it is the greatest target. Although "customer
satisfaction" is briskly said as part of business administration
also by the lesson of a university etc. in recent years, in our company,
in carrying out business, it is not considering such things as a
theory, and has acted by always understanding the spot as actual
fighting. Now, positioning called Japan in the inside in Japan and
Asia in the inside in the world has already changed. Change of a
market, and change of an end user.
We think it important to always correspond positively and promptly
to such things. Simultaneously, our idea is practiced as action from
now on, and it strives. |
